My parents and I were very happy to stay in this amazing holiday flat, and we thought that perhaps it should be a note at the entrance of the staircases to ask guests to remove their shoes just to keep the carpet clean :-) We felt like being at home so thank you so much."

"A great place hard to image how it could be any better. It is important to have a bit of luxury and comfort on a city break and this property has it all. The rooms are lovely and facilities were great with a good kitchen, coffee machine, dishwasher and a good TV which we could log in to Netflix in the evenings. We stayed in a couple of evenings just because the place was so comfortable and we had worn ourselves out sight seeing. Great location in the "New" town ( dates from 1809) close to shopping and the tram service from the Airport. We expect to be back the next time we visit Edinburgh."
